Faith According to God & Boobs
God & Boobs is written from the perspective of Christian faith, with no denominational or categorical distinction. While I’m not a fan of religious institutions, I am a Christian. The most important relationship in my life is my relationship with Jesus, who I believe is God.
In this blog, I talk a lot about the Bible & hearing God, which is also a theme in God and Boobs the book. The opinions I share are based on my understanding of scripture, faith, and the nature of God. While numerous scholars and theologians share my beliefs, the purpose of this blog is not academic. And so, I will rarely attempt to support my assumptions as such.
This blog is meant to help women who want to practice faith and incorporate their beliefs into their modern lifestyle. I help women by connecting them with God. Connecting with God happens in the same way that we connect with people – we communicate. This starts with prayer – we pray to Jesus, who we acknowledge as God. We also read the Bible. Jesus Christ is the main character of the Bible, and so reading the Bible teaches us how to know God.
If you are interested in becoming a Christian, the process isn’t complicated. You don’t sign paperwork, or join a church, or take a bunch of classes. You pray. If you are interested in learning more about how to become a Christian, then I encourage you to read “How to Know God Personally” by a ministry called Campus Crusade.
